KudosReel is made by JLITECH LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the KudosReel app and this website do with your information. The short version: we don't collect any. KudosReel has no account, no server of ours, no analytics and no ads.
What stays on your device
- Videos and clips. Recordings, videos you import, and the clips you export are stored in the app on your device.
- Player profiles. Names, team, position and notes you enter, plus jersey numbers, outfit colors, appearance fingerprints and pictures taken from photos you add or from videos where you tapped the player. These help KudosReel recognize them.
- Games. Dates, opponents, teams, fields, addresses, notes and scores you enter.
- Highlight preferences. Which suggested clips you kept or trimmed, used to improve future suggestions.
Player recognition, highlight scoring, video editing and caption suggestions all run on your device, using Apple's on-device frameworks (including Apple Intelligence where available). None of this information is sent to us.
Permissions
- Camera and microphone to record games. Game audio helps find moments when the crowd cheers.
- Photos (add only) to save clips you export. KudosReel can't read your photo library; videos you pick to import are copied in through Apple's picker.
- Notifications for game reminders. These are scheduled on your device; no notification server is involved.
When information leaves your device
- Address suggestions. When you type a field or address for a game, the text is sent to Apple Maps to suggest places, and opening directions hands the address to the Maps app. Apple handles this under Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Sharing. Clips leave your device only when you share them or save them to Photos, and go only where you send them.
- Diagnostics you choose to send. Settings can prepare a diagnostics report with highlight review statistics, analysis speed and performance reports from iOS. It never includes videos, photos, names or file names, and it goes only where you choose to send it.
- Backups. Like other app data, KudosReel's data may be included in your iCloud or computer backups, according to your device settings.
Filming other people
KudosReel doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including the players and children who appear in your videos. Player profiles you create stay on your device. Please follow the rules of the venue you're filming in, and respect players' and families' wishes when sharing clips, especially clips of children.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings › Delete All KudosReel Data to remove recordings, clips, games, players and history. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored. Clips you already saved to Photos or shared are not affected.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party trackers, and loads no resources from other sites.
